Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 0.7-1.3 mL (20-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia, including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea, or headache.
