Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Used in Herbal Medicine to calm nervous tension and as a uterine tonic for menstruation and menopause.

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2-4 mL 3 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or health products.

Known Adverse Reactions: If you experience breast pain, discomfort or tenderness, discontinue use, and consult a health care practitioner. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting.

Contra-Indications: If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, if you have an allergy to the Apiaceae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley) if you have diarrhea or hemorrhagic diseases, or if you have hypermenorrhoea, do not use this product.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, or prior to use if you are taking birth control pills, anticoagulants, hormone replacement therapy, if you have heart disease or hypertension, if you have a liver or gall-bladder disorder or intestinal obstruction, if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you have a family history of cancer.
