Recommended Use: Big Friends Liquid Vitamin D3 is a convenient supplement that is carefully blended in a mixture of organic flaxseed oil and sustainably sourced MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides) from coconut and RSPO certified palm kernel to provide 400 IU of vitamin D3 in just one little drop. Recommended Dose: Recommended Dose (children, adolescents, and adults 0 years and over): Invert bottle and allow 1 drop (0.03 mL) to flow out onto a spoon, or mix with food or liquids. 1 drop 1–2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed 1 drop per day for children under one year old. Shake well before use.
