Suggested Use

Recommended Use:Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss osteoporosis.

Recommended Dose:Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that may settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions & Warnings:Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort disturbances. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness.
