Suggested Use

Recommended Use:Traditionally used to help treat inflammation of the joints.

Recommended Dose:(Adults): Take 4 capsules with water 3 times per day with meals. Must be taken for a minimum of 2-3 months for beneficial effects to be demonstrated.

Cautions & Warnings:Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have heart disease, diabetes, if you are taking blood thinners or antiarrhythmic medications or if symptoms persist more than 6 months. Discontinue use if you experience prolonged gastrointestinal discomfort. Keep out of reach of children.

Contra-Indications:Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gastric or duodenal ulcers.
