Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flu.

Recommended Dose: Children 2-4 years old take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily. Children 5-9 years old take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) once daily. Adolescents 10-13 years old take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) 1 to 2 times daily. Adolescents 14-17 years old take 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 ml) 1 to 3 times daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Cautions & Warnings: If you are taking immunosuppressants or have an autoimmune disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and or HIV infection or if you are allergic to bee products, poplar tree products, or balsam of Peru, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use immediately. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Diuretic effect may occur.
